Golden leopard Kung-Fu school moves - Demolition time

Eric's Kung-Fu school has finally moved.  After renting space by the hour, he has finally leased his own space so he can begin to focus on adding classes to the schedule.  He has moved to Nicollet Ave and leases from Mulroy's Body Shop.  We are really enjoying that he will be in that location for all of his businesses.  His woodworking shop is there and he plans to build out a space for his chiropractic clinic.  Wahoo!

Eric took W down to the building during the demo phase.  They had to tear down walls from 4 offices to make one large studio.  W had a blast and enjoyed taking down the walls.

During demo...as you can see, W has a knack for this line of work.  He didn't once ask to be paid!  He clearly knew it was a privilege to help daddy out.

Although it is not 100% complete but it is certainly has come a long way.
